Cheryl Carpinello, author of The King’s Ransom, Young Knights of the Round Table and other tales and legends talks about her works for adolescent, young adult, and reluctant readers.

About the Work: When their mentor/teacher is accused of murder and theft, three friends take the Knight’s Vow to prove his innocence or to die trying. Each must face their fear, and one will have to reveal the biggest secret of all.

About the Author: Cheryl is a retired high school English teacher. A devourer of books growing up, her profession introduced her to writings and authors from times long past. Through her studies and teaching, she fell in love with the Ancient and Medieval Worlds. Now, Cheryl hope to inspire young readers and those Young-at-Heart to read more through my Tales and Legends for Reluctant Readers that are set in these worlds.
