Rhys’ passion for writing began with high school publications and still continues. He received his BA degree from the College of William and Mary then began a career with the Federal Government in Washington, DC before transferring to Denver. His government writing included classified Army reports, labor law reporting requirements, a book review for the Monthly Labor Review and position papers on governmental reorganization. After retirement, Rhys has, to date, published three books, two biographies and one comedy. His poetry has been published in periodicals both in Florida and Colorado.
